Terms of Service

1. The Service

Zomaid is a household-coordination application that helps a household and the people who work in it organise tasks, reminders, meal plans, shopping lists, inventory, and related information, with optional reminders delivered by web push, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• send messaging-channel reminders to people who have not consented to receive them.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the household data and other content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and your household. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you add, including information about other members of your household.

5. Fees & subscriptions

Parts of the Service are currently free. We may offer paid plans and features. Where we do, the applicable prices, billing period, and terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase, and payment will be handled by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, AI features, and message delivery. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konfirmity Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
